NMC Golf Tournament 2009

It is terrible. This is first time ever I'm playing golf in my life particularly in such tournament. Playing golf is extremely requires a lot of concentration and indeed we need to maintain the level of concentration throughout the game consistently. Besides that, there is another factor I believe is need to be considered - physically and mentally fit. In other words, we also need to ensure that we're in fit enough and being energetic as much as possible throughout the game.

Tiring... it takes almost 6km (i guess)to complete an 18-holes game.. I was extremely exhausted yesterday..walking a lot along the track. Got no 12 (out of 14 haha)is a good achievement for me as this is first ever game I've participated in. Its less likely important to discuss about the result here.. and again being no 12 is not really important (neither shame) for me as the tournament experiences is very very invaluable thing.

LONDON (AFP) - Heavy rain and strong winds are pounding parts of Britain as the first major storm of the autumn pushes in from the Atlantic.

The Met Office has issued severe weather warnings for large parts of England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Some places have been warned to expected over two weeks of rainfall in 24 hours, with forecasters saying there is a risk of localised flooding.

Southwest England and Wales are already experiencing heavy rainfall, and the rain is expected to head north throughout the day.

The Met Office says some areas in England and Wales could see up to 50mm of rainfall on grounds already saturated from a wet August.

The weather is unlikely to improve much over the weekend, with more rain and thundery showers expected.

2. reading and explore METHODOLOGY and APPLICATION DOMAIN; have to know how to choose the right paper

4. it is really important to keep the references using either BibTex or EndNotes
5. practice writing LR with your own sentences not other people. usually from summary of reading
6. gave me few options:
- dynamic scheduling: network (ant algorithm), sport (SA is really fit), nurse rostering problem (H)
7. LR - half of page is about general scheduling then normally 12 pages is reserved for our chosen technique.
